Sausages in Paris Tuesday, May 11, 2010

Sausages come in a multitude of colors and flavors.
Try them all; you won't be disappointed.

If you want a real crowd pleaser and color in your barbecue or grill, you can't go wrong with mixed prepared sausages.

The colors of the finished products I saw in Paris recently
is a treat for the eye. They taste unbelievable and so easy
to prepare.

There are so many varieties and ethnic cultures which embrace them. Having come from a recent trip to Poland, while I was researching old school smoke house methods, I could not believe the flavor and textures experienced (More on that trip in future posts). The polish ones were so different form the ones experienced in France, both texturally and flavor. Whenever you have the chance, seek out ethnic stores which feature them and experience for yourself.

Check out the recipe here (Bratwurst).
