My new book, BBQ 25, which contains the 25 recipes we cook 95 percent of the time was huge fun to create.
The recipes were distilled to create a less-is-more approach where every dish was born from the desire to create maximum results in minimum time. I worked with esteemed photographer, David Loftus to create simply awesome shots of all the recipes that are good enough to eat. We took two days to do it all - from a Jamie Oliver's back garden to the beach in Ipswich, England.
